Return Process

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit and to maintain product hygiene.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
